PrintShelf (printshelf.app) is a 3D print tracking service operated by Super Serious LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Questions: hello@printshelf.app.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use PrintShelf.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and API key secure. Don't share them.
• One account per person. Don't impersonate others or register usernames for the purpose of squatting.

Your content

• You own the photos and notes you upload. By uploading them you grant PrintShelf a license to store, display, and serve them as part of the service (including on your public profile).
• Don't upload content you don't have the right to share — copyrighted images, private information about other people, etc.
• Don't use PrintShelf to spam, scrape at scale, or probe for vulnerabilities.

Free tier & Pro billing

• Free accounts are limited to 50 prints and 10 filaments. You can view and edit existing content at any time; saving new items is blocked when you're at the cap.
• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($4.99/mo) or annually ($39/yr) via Stripe. Upgrades take effect immediately.
• You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your Account page. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, but if something goes wrong on our end, email us and we'll make it right.

Availability

PrintShelf is a solo-operated indie product. We aim for high availability but can't promise a specific uptime SLA. We may change, pause, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. If we ever shut down entirely, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your data.

Limitation of liability

PrintShelf is provided as-is. We're not liable for lost data, lost prints, or anything else that goes wrong beyond our reasonable control. Our liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event.

Changes

We'll update the "Last updated" date if we change these terms materially and post a notice in the dashboard. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA.
